Food Fundamentals

This course explores the foundation of making food decisions after bariatric surgery. Focusing on key concepts such as quality foods, trusting body cues, and managing hunger. It is designed for bariatric surgery patients after gastric sleeve, bypass, or duodenal switch no matter how far post-op. It can also pertain to those on anti-obesity medications.

By the end of this course, my hope is for patients to have more confidence and peace in making food decisions that serve them best. They can evaluate what foods provide the best energy, nutrition, and hunger control but manage anxiety around eating “perfectly.”
