Bacon Wrapped Ranch Chicken – WLS Recipes

Bacon Wrapped Ranch Chicken. Low carb recipes at www.foodcoach.me

Turkey bacon that is. I struggled with a title for this recipe and “turkey bacon wrapped ranch chicken” started to feel reeeeeally long. So instead I decided to entice you by starting with the word bacon 🙂 Because pork bacon is very high in fat (yes…even if you cook it extra crispy) so utilizing turkey bacon is a must.

This is a super simple meal that makes life on a Tuesday night much easier. I like to call it being healthy in a hurry. Yes, you should hashtag that!

To make mine EVEN faster I used my Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker and was able to make the whole meal in the microwave. You could do this same meal in the oven, though the cooking time would be longer.

If you try this recipe, I’d love it if you reported back with what you thought!!

Happy eating,

Steph 🙂
