Ingredients

  • 5 oz canned chicken, drained
  • 2 tbsp fat-free mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and serve.
  • For a change of pace, warm chicken salad in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Notes

*Remember to take small bites, go slow and stop at the first sign of fullness regardless of if you ate the whole serving, more or less.
