- 5 oz canned chicken, drained
- 2 tbsp fat-free mayo
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and serve.
- For a change of pace, warm chicken salad in the microwave for 30 seconds.
