Buffalo Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients

93% lean ground turkey
1
packet
dry ranch seasoning
1/2
cup
buffalo wing sauce

large
bell peppers (red or yellow preferred)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise and seed. Place on a baking sheet or stone.
Heat skillet to medium heat and brown ground turkey. Drain.
Add ranch seasoning packet and wing sauce and stir. Cook another minute.
Scoop turkey mixture into bell pepper halves. Bake for 20 minutes for more firm textures (my choice) or 30 minutes for softer texture.
Remove from heat. Drizzle with a bit more wing sauce. Let cool and serve.
