Cucumber Mint Water

Ingredients

cup
fresh mint leaves
1/2
cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2
quarts
cold water
Instructions
Add mint leaves to pitcher and muddle them slightly by slightly crushing leaves with the back of a wooden spoon.
Add cucumber slices and water, stir and refrigerate minimum 20 minutes. Strain (if desired) and pour over ice to serve.
