Ingredients

93% lean ground beef

can
French Onion Soup
3/4
cup
reduced fat grated parmesan cheese

egg

tbsp
reduced sugar ketchup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix the beef, soup, parmesan cheese and egg together in a bowl until combined.
Form into two loaves and place in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes. Add a little ketchup on top and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with green beans or other veggies.
