Heat a large nonstick griddle to medium-high heat on the stove.
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix well until combined.
Divide mixture into 4 separate patties. Add to griddle pan.
Cook on each side about 4 minutes or until them seem cooked (no longer soft but more firmed up and don't fall apart as easily). Serve alone or with dijon mustard. Great with a spinach salad.
