Ingredients

reduced fat blue cheese crumbles

93% lean ground beef
tomatoes and arugula for optional topping
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together garlic, basil and blue cheese crumbles. Using your hands, form 4 small balls of blue cheese mixture.
Divide ground beef into fourths. Place blue cheese mixture in the middle of ground beef and form the patty around it.
Grill (or use grill pan) each side for about 8 minutes. Toppings might include with tomatoes, arugula or sautéed onions.
