Ingredients

93% lean ground turkey

cloves
garlic, minced or pressed

low sodium soy sauce

ginger, grated

cole slaw mix

green onion, sliced
Instructions
Brown the ground turkey. Meanwhile, combine garlic, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl.
Drain turkey from any fat. Add cole slaw mix and stir to combine. Add soy sauce mixture and stir. Add green onion.
Heat about 5 more minutes, stir on occasion. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and serve.
