Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 bag cole slaw mix
  • 2 tbsp green onion, sliced

Instructions

  • Brown the ground turkey. Meanwhile, combine garlic, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl.
  • Drain turkey from any fat. Add cole slaw mix and stir to combine. Add soy sauce mixture and stir. Add green onion.
  • Heat about 5 more minutes, stir on occasion. Remove from heat, let cool slightly and serve.
