Egg Roll Salad Jars
Egg Roll Salad Jars are a great change of flavor for a weight loss surgery friendly lunch! Soy sauce and ginger with ground turkey tossed with cole slaw or kale salad mix. Yummy!

Ingredients

93% lean ground turkey

Instructions
Brown the ground turkey. Meanwhile, combine garlic, soy sauce and ginger in a small bowl. Once turkey is cooked, drain and set aside.
In the larger mason jars, divide soy sauce mixture evenly. (It will be about 3/4 an ounce per jar). Fill remaining space of the jars with salad mix.
Divide the turkey meat separately into the small jars. (A packed small jar will be about 3 ounces of turkey).
When ready to eat, place turkey in a microwave safe bowl and heat 60-90 seconds. Add salad mix and soy sauce to the bowl and toss.
