Using kitchen shears or a serrated knife, cut thinly sliced steaks into strips. Add to a large bowl.
Add 1 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp Greek seasoning to the bowl. Toss to coat the steak.
Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Working in batches, cook the steak for one minute and flip. Cook for 30 more seconds. Remove and keep covered while cooking the rest of the steak.
When ready, plate the cooked steak, tomatoes, cucumbers and 1 tbsp of Tzatziki dip and serve.
