Ingredients

93% lean ground turkey

olive oil

Instructions
Heat a large skillet or wok to medium high heat.
Add oil then add garlic and sauté. Add ground turkey and ginger. Brown meat and drain.
Return to heat. Add zucchini and soy sauce. Heat 4 more minutes and serve.
