Place turkey bacon on a microwave safe plate in a single layer. Microwave for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, place jalapeno halves on a baking sheet or baking stone. Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon fat-free cream cheese in each pepper half. Add 2-3 pieces of shrimp per pepper.
Remove turkey bacon from microwave and wrap each pepper with bacon.
Place peppers under the broiler for 10-12 minutes.
