Who doesn’t love another slow cooker meal?!
I love this beef and broccoli meal. The flavors are salty and savory and oh so filling!
I know beef can be an intimidating protein source after surgery, so be sure and take your time. Cut your bites up TEENIE TINY and use a cocktail fork to keep it on your mind. Pause in between bites and stop at the very first sign of fullness.
