In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp buffalo sauce.
Form 5 patties and place on a baking stone or casserole dish. Set under broiler for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add half a cheese slice to each burger patties.
Set under broiler another 30-60 seconds. Remove from oven and drizzle with a bit more buffalo sauce.
Remove to serving plates, let cool a moment and serve.
