This delicious bottle of Cilantro Avocado salad dressing is available in many stores including Walmart! Just 40 calories a serving and makes shredded chicken taste amazing. Eat it on lettuce wraps for a bariatric friendly lunch or dinner!
1cupcilantro avocado yogurt dressingBolthouse Farms (purcahsed mine at Walmart)
Instructions
Slow Cooker
Add chicken, 2 tbsp water and seasonings to the bottom of a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove to a large bowl and shred.
Add 2/3 to 1 cup of the dressing depending on how coated you like the chicken. (nutrition label is for 1 cup dressing)
Serve over bib lettuce and enjoy!
Pressure Cooker
Add chicken, 1 cup chicken broth (water okay) and seasonings to the bottom of a slow cooker. Pressure cook 12 minutes and quick release. Remove to a large bowl and shred.
Add 2/3 to 1 cup of the dressing depending on how coated you like the chicken. (nutrition label is for 1 cup dressing)
