Creamy Tomato Crockpot® Chicken | WLS Recipe

Ingredients
4
boneless, skinless chicken breasts

dried basil leaves

tsp
dried oregano
1/4

alfredo sauce

diced tomatoes

tomato sauce
Instructions
Place a slow cooker liner bag in the bottom of a slow cooker (Crockpot®) for easy cleanup.
Combine seasonings in a small bowl and coat chicken with seasoning. Arrange the seasoned chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a separate bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover chicken with tomato mixture.
Cook on low for 6 hours (you may want to adjust this time if your slow cooker runs hot like mine! I only need 4 hours on low for cooked chicken).
Serve with veggies.
Notes
**Note: much of the sauce is discarded after chicken is cooked so it is likely you are consuming less fat and carbohydrates than calculated above.
