Creamy Tomato Crockpot Chicken | WLS Recipe
Creamy Tomato Crockpot Chicken | WLS Recipe
I love this simple recipe for Creamy Tomato Chicken breasts and I know you will too!
Post-ops: I know many of you don’t have the best relationship with chicken breasts BUT know that this chicken is super tender after being cooked on low for hours in a tomato sauce mixture. It’s also full of flavor and you can great creative with seasonings!
And I know what else you are thinking. We can have Alfredo sauce??
I mean. Kind of. This calls for one cup of Alfredo sauce which is STILL over 200 calories because it’s high fat. The only reason I’m okay with using it in this recipe is because you only actually consume a fraction of it within the meal. The sauce is mostly just for cooking and flavoring the chicken, but the sauce is mostly discarded.
Pull out the chicken breasts and top it with a little of the diced tomatoes. The flavor is awesome and you only get a touch of Alfredo. Serve it with your favorite veggie and enjoy!
