Easy Pesto Baked Chicken - WLS Recipe

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breast

packet
Pesto seasoning

tbsp
olive oil

slices
provolone cheese
*Steamed veggies on the side
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 F.
Rub chicken breast with olive oil and then spread Pesto seasoning evenly over all chicken breasts.
Place chicken in the bottom of a casserole dish. **Stoneware dish recommended for best results but not required.
Layer with cheese slices.
Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken is 165F. Serve with steamed veggies.
