Ingredients

reduced fat grated parmesan cheese

shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

sun-dried tomato pesto

fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
Form into 16 meatballs. Place in the wells of a mini-muffin plan. You can also line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temp reads 165F.
