Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 package taco seasoning or 3 tablespoons
  • 12 cubes 2% cheddar cheese
  • cilantro, chopped optional garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 425.
  • Beat eggs in a large bowl, add ground turkey, taco seasoning, green onions and garlic.
  • Combine with hands. Form a ball of meat around a cube of cheese.
  • Place on cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped cilantro.
