Bariatric Food Coach Tip:
Make your meals focused on protein first and so many other things fall into place. Take small bites, go slowly and stop at the first sign of fullness. Aim for two bites of protein to one bite of vegetables to fill your bariatric pouch with protein.
Pop your dish into a preheated oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through, and the topping is golden and bubbly. The aroma filling your kitchen is just a bonus!
