Combine turkey, egg, parmesan cheese, oregano, thyme and 1 tbsp tomato sauce in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
Form mixture into 5 patties and place on a baking stone. (I used my Pampered Chef® Large Bar Pan but you can use any baking dish if needed).
Place burgers directly under broiler. Let broil for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top each with 1 slice of mozzarella and about 1 tbsp of tomato sauce per patty (or more). Place under the broiler for another 30-60 seconds. Remove and serve with fresh basil.
