Rosemary Turkey Tenderloin
Rosemary Turkey Tenderloin
I have always loved using the amazingly fragrant herb of rosemary in my kitchen. My house smells so homey and my mouth waters for the meal.
Fresh herbs are an amazing way to keep your lean protein and vegetable diet after weight loss surgery exciting and enticing. I’ll link below to a few other favorite Rosemary inspired meals!
Turkey Tenderloin is a very lean piece of meat but like pork tenderloin, is easy to work with and when cooked in a slow cooker keeps the moisture inside the meat. It’s like a turkey breast without dealing with the bones!
This meal can be made anytime of year but I really love it in the winter months because of the hearty smell of rosemary! Shred the leftovers and make a Salad in a Jar for lunches or other easy toss together meals!
